Please read the guidelines for writing your research paper and the\u00a0submission procedure thoroughly.\u00a0<\/strong><\/h1>\n

The writing and submission process:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Use the ISCONTOUR_Research Paper Template<\/a>\u00a0(editable WORD document including style and formatting guidelines) when writing your paper.
    It includes important information regarding content, formatting and style of the paper. Research papers must comprise 12 pages.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  2. you upload your paper onto the conference management program Easychair (see below – paper upload)<\/li>\n
  3. an international scientific review committee<\/a> will read and evaluate your paper,<\/li>\n
  4. you will be informed\u00a0whether your paper is accepted for the conference.\u00a0Moreover, you will receive\u00a0valuable feedback from the reviewers. You might have to improve\u00a0your paper according to this comments before\u00a0your paper will eventually\u00a0be accepted,<\/li>\n
  5. you upload the\u00a0final version of your paper (see details regarding paper upload below),<\/li>\n
  6. the ISCONTOUR conference chairs\u00a0produce the proceedings for the conference<\/li>\n
  7. you present at the ISCONTOUR 2026.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Submission of a paper implies that at least one of the authors must attend the conference and present the paper. <\/strong><\/p>\n

    Do\u00a0NOT<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0include\u00a0any\u00a0information about the author\/s (name\/s etc.) in your submission — it has to be anonymous!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    Paper Upload:
    <\/strong>The conference committee reserves the right to reject submitted papers which do not comply with the guidelines.<\/p>\n

    Please upload your paper onto the ISCONTOUR 2026 Paper Submission page<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Submissions are managed with the EasyChair (www.easychair.org) conference management software application.
    You need to register when you first log on (by clicking on Create an EasyChair Account). You can upload revised versions of your paper if necessary any time during the submission period.
