Prof. (FH) Dr. DI Markus W. Eitle <\/strong>is a Senior Lecturer in International Wine Business at the IMC University of Applied Sciences Krems, Austria. After successfully finishing his PhD and PostDoc in molecular biology, Dr. Eitle is dedicated to the development and application of innovative and sustainable technologies for the modern Austrian viticulture. <\/p>\n\n\n\n He currently focuses on international projects in sustainable wine tourism, green cover management, and alternative energy management implications. Additionally, he is involved in relevant research projects such as consumer preferences towards sustainable wine, lack of seasonal work force in the hospitality and viticultural industry as well as destination preferences of Austrian tourists. His teaching expertise includes quantitative data management, scientific writing as well as applied and sustainable viticulture. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Session 2:<\/strong> <\/p>\n <\/p>\n His research explores\u00a0digital transformation and innovation in tourism. He has led international research projects, securing grants and managing teams across institutions.\u00a0His recent work examines\u00a0lifestyle mobilities and digital nomadism. Mattia publishes impactful research in leading academic journals, including in\u00a0Annals of Tourism Research,<\/em>\u00a0Journal of Travel Research and Tourism Review<\/em>, and co-edited\u00a0the book\u00a0Eye Tracking in Tourism<\/em>.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n He is a certified LEGO\u00ae SERIOUS PLAY\u00ae facilitator, advising organizations on innovation and strategy.\u00a0He currently serves as Vice President of the International Federation for IT and Travel & Tourism (IFITT).<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Session 3 <\/p>\n Prof. (FH) Dr. Anita Zehrer<\/strong> holds the position of Professor and serves as the Head of the Family Business Center at MCI The Entrepreneurial School \u00ae. Concurrently, she also assumes the role of Head of Research in the domain of Management and Society within the institution.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Her scholarly pursuits are characterized by a breadth of research interests, with a primary emphasis on the landscape of family business management and entrepreneurial behavior in Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs). The scholarly impact of Dr. Zehrer’s work is evidenced by publications in leading business management and tourism journals.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Session 4<\/strong> <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Previously, she worked as a post-doc at the \u00d6AW at the Institute for Urban and Regional Development, before that as a research associate at the Institute for European Ethnology (2015-2022), at the Institute of Sociology, University of Vienna (2012-2015) and at the TU Vienna (2010-2012). In her research, she focuses on urban and tourism research, spatial and planning sociology, migration and inequality research, and urban economies.<\/p>\n
